You can type in different key words relating to the game, or the game title to search for the game you are looking for.

No, you cannot search users yet. But if you find the game, you can get to the developer from there. If you click on the developers name, you can go to their profile where all of their other games are listed.

i will type in the keywords, but then it never goes anywhere is there like a serch button i need to press??

and yeah, all seraches I believe are like that, the enter key is a vital tool in internet searching...i guess
