The quoted post above is a good example of a spam post. A post consisting of less than seven words that says nothing constructive.

I've found that sometimes, a post can be considered okay if it is 7 words or less but it pertains directly to the discussion at hand. Is that true, or am I insane?

Sorry if this sounds a bit mean, but when you click on the link to someone's profile, right next to the top of that person's "about," there should be a very large button that has a big green plus on it that says "add friend" on it.
