Absolutely. The game makers love to see the responses to their games. Thats why it is best to create detailed reviews of the game, there is two reasons for this. One, you can get a merit if your review is good enough. See the help page for more about that. And Two, the creators get better feedback with a good review. They will know what glitches to fix, if there are any.

Yes, well some do. That's the reason merits are given to users who take their time on making a well thought out review for a game. So developers will know any glitches, good/bad aspects, improvements needed on their games.
