Right, so I pulled out of the previous GFX round due to not being able to finish on time. Since then I've been working on the image on-and-off and now it's finished only about a week late.

The picture shown below is half the size, the fullsize one can be found by clicking on the picture.

The full resolution pic (1280xs1024) is low quality...the high quality version is 1.1Mb and doesn't fit on photobucket xD Lame. Except I feel justified with the size...this was hand-drawn from start to finish.

I should have tidied up the sketchlines more, but wasn't actually intending to spend this much effort on it. Meh.

...the heck is that supposed to mean Xzeno? That either left-handed people or doctors or both have terrible handwriting? Coz either way it makes me feel insecure about my terrible handwriting haha xD

Don't worry Strop, your handwriting is beautiful. *LEFTY PRIDE*

Do you draw with your left hand too? I do.

I was being sarcastic. The English language was of course made for right-handed people. As such, left-handed people tend to have sloppier hand-writing then right-handed people. Additionally, I have never met a doctor who did not have sloppy writing, which I attribute to the speed of the writing, speed being necessary to record information quickly.

You're probably right- I think doctors also have bad handwriting because they're always cramped up in horrible positions when writing clinical notes so much so it's turned into a tradition.

"Oh yeah...the pharmacist ought to know what this asdfwedrftgbujnmk should mean!"

Though really...I think the real problem with writing left-handed is the ink stains I get when handwriting essays...

Oh yeah, I knew I forgot to reply to something...Zoph, that's pretty good. I can tell your lines are a little wobbly (obviously) but your style still comes through.

Probably a lot better than I could say for my right hand...my right hand is the one that did all the MS Paint mouse drawing though. I'm ambidextrous with a mouse but not a pen...funny that.

I utterly suck at writing anything with my left hand, or at least when it's not on the keyboard XD.

Actually I really got on to post a quick sketch and a song I started writing yesterday and finished today...in ENT tute...

http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq105/strawpony/takecaresmall.jpg

And I,
Am like a silence,
So fragile.
When you release me, so gently,
You break me.

Goodbye, cast me-
Out of sight and out of mind,
Don't look back,
Turn out the light and leave me far behind,
I wish you godspeed, I wish you health,
Please, take care of yourself.

And I,
Will disappear,
Into the aether,
Like a whisper, I'll love her,
Forever.

So run, far-
Away let us not share our tears,
Move on, don't-
Hesitate or stumble on your fears,
Place our memories high on a dusty shelf,
Please, take care of yourself.

I'm not left-handed, but the similarity is odd.

Yes, odd indeed. I recently did an experiment in which I used my left hand for jobs usually done with my right hand, and visa-versa. I was amazed and rather ashamed of all the things my right couldn't do, such as unscrewing things or even holding a glass steady as I poured a drink.
Aside and on topic: Strop, I enjoyed reading your poem very much.

Gee, leave my thread alone for a week and it goes all the way back to page 3 :P

Ah, the art forums are so busy...it's great!

Anyway, I'm not spamming. I'm just posting something here because it's not finished but part of it is.
