Here is a list of some of my ideas for the site.

ARMATARS

I have only been here for a week, and already I have seen about 4 topics of people whining about getting armatars and what-not.

How about keep them satisfied with maybe a sneak-peek? Show them maybe half of one of the armatars and let them ponder that while you guess at AG finish them.

PROFILE PICS

Now I know there is a lot of controversy over profile pics. Especially over the fact that a bunch of stupid immature people could post porn and other inappropriate stuff.

My idea to solve this would be to have a list of domains of which to only allow pictures from that site. Like say smilies from a certain smiley site, an images from AG. You kind of get what I mean I hope.

PROFILE

I was just thinking of ways that could make it a bit easier to look at.

Well here is what I thought of. Take the ranking thing, this: http://armorgames.com/images/bgr-ranking-male.png, and turn it where it's standing up. It could go to the side under the part where it says your AIM and all that other jazz. Then move the the other stuff up, like your friends list, and favorite games. But how about make the favorite games and friends list a drop down menu. So when you click on them then it would drop down and show it. Last but not least bring your messenger up and be able to choose how may results you want to have show on your page.

People may not agree with that one, but it's just something I was thinking about

POINTS

I think a lot of people would agree with this idea. Why not make comments 1AP, and forum posts 2AP? This idea speaks for itself.

umm yes there would be a use for them.

The pictures are just to go into your profile about. Sorry I should have clarified that. They wouldn't be armatars.

Hmmm... I really liked the last one but I have suggested it before (I just thought I might tell you that)... The profile pic idea was alright, I hadn't thought of that, the profile idea I have thought of and thats also a pretty neat idea. I don't agree with the armatar idea though...

the reason comments are two AP,is b/c it is for game comments,which is the essential idea of the site,is of course games(or so they say)but it also for some reason counts for comments on others profiles.What were they thinking when they did that?I have no clue,but on the profile pics that would be quite pointless,because people would still find a reason to complain about it,and also it would be both restricting an unrewarding.Many of the staff have said it before,and that is that putting up your own profile picture will not happen,no matter what idea you come up with.Thats pretty much all there is to it.

Why doesn't anyone understand what I meant lol.

Not a profile pic, as in an avatar. Pictures in your profile. Restricted to be smaller than a certain size, and can only be taken from certain websites.

what he means is inappropriate pics. These happen all the time, and they will always sprout up even if the usernames are banned.

Not sure what you mean with that, but that is why I said that the people at AG pick some good websites don't have any inappropriate pictures, and allow people to put pictures from the site in their about. Any other site that they try to post pics from it won't let them.

That is kind of hard actually. AG will have to post hundreds of sites, and even those might have a bad pic or two.

And what i mean about the inappropriate pics is that many new users will come here all the time, and they will post their pics on their profile. They will always come up even if they get banned, because more and more new users will log in and do the same.

PROFILE PICS: yes
PROFILE: It will look a bit funny.
POINTS: Suggested it before, causes great hassles and complaints.

Good question. I find that this site has been havein alot of glitches lately... Anyway, I don't think that this would work because, as this has allready been mentioned, stupid people would put porn and a bunch of other crap as their picture.
