well I see your using Firefox,and I'm glad you used a screen shot to tell us what the issue is so that helps,but I have never seen that before.Sorry,but that is an unknown thing to me.It is most likely a rare,and odd glitch though.I can't say for sure,but I believe that may be the problem most likely.Sorry if I couldn't help you.

It looks like an ad just had a problem

Not just that one.I have this problem for a week now.yes it bothers me.

Also while I know this is a little off topic I noticed in that screen shot there was a button on one of your tool bars saying Armorgames.What is the purpose of that button,and if its an add-on then what is the add-on's name?If this has been happening for a week then there may be a glitch within one of your add-on's that could cause something within the site to become incompatible with the browser.

Is it only in Ad areas?

Could be some sort of parental control or blocking cookies from a certain site?

Now this is EI(Internet Explorer) and AG is supposed runs smoother in Firefox.And only on AG this happens

Yeah only AG.And the AG toolbar thing is a quicklink to help you if you forgot the name or if you just want to go to AG fast.That is the purpose of Firefox.

All ads.Except on EI.

It's a firefox glitch or AG having ads incompatible with firefox...maybe firefox has its own lil adblocker

yeah then its may have something to do with a glitch within a add-on.Don't take my word for it,but all evidence so far has supported my theory.

And also it started when AG started running slow.Maybe AG has way to many ads.

No the add on is used on Firefox.Firefox is customizable and has way more capability than EI

Well I use Firefox myself so I know this,but I am not sure how some of these may work using the browser.Do you have ad blocks plus?
