Ok, to get something clear:  SONGS MUST BE IN MP3 FORMAT!

.??? to .mp3 conversion:

Step 1:  Export the song from your program as a .aif or a .wav or whatever audio format your computer uses.  DO NOT EXPORT AS MIDI >:(

Step 2:  Right click on the song file and select itunes to open instead of quicktime or windows media.

Step 3:  Select your song in iTunes.

Step 4:  Go to advanced options and select "Make mp3 Version."

Step 5:  Upload the mp3 version to Zshare.

Step 6:  Post the song link, not the download link, in this thread.

If that's the case you're going to have to get a mic and record it as it plays "live" out of your program.  You can use your computer's internal mic or you can rent a professional mic if your comp doesn't have one.
