Yes, this has been brought up many times. But I thought of a way to make it simple and easy to understand.
You find an interesting topic to look at, you reply to it frequently, you hate digging through pages to find it. So what do you do? Track the topic! Have some sort of button like a red X mark right next to the flag button to track it. When that topic is replied to, it will appear in your profile.
Where to put this in your profile? There is a long, giant gap of white space right next to your about page. Your list of tracked topics can go there. For those that have short about pages, it can have a drag bar or something. So for those that want to reply to their pages without it being a tedious task, they can use the track topic button to make life on AG easier.

Yes but they didn't add it because of the 392nd time, not the 391st or 390th even. If they like an idea they will go with it, or keep it on a list to bring up. Just because people yell for it doesn't mean mods will make it happen. If we all yell for free money, think they will give it to us after 398 times? No. The fact that they wouldn't stop resugesting something had nothing to do with it. If it's a good plausible idea it will be done something, whether or not it's been suggested hundreds of times. If the mods worked that way this would be KongrArmorBook, the social networking gaming site full of achievements and chats full of racist jerks ruining it for everyone else.
You might as well temporarily bookmark the thread.
Which makes sense... and if it's a shared browser, make your own folder and put your threads in there. Why get the dev. team to work on the site for something we're already capable of doing? I understand that other forums may have the feature already embedded, but the AG forums aren't exactly like... other forums.
