they wouldnt let us do this because some people may put unsuiutable pictures there and as this site is aimed at childern that would not be a good think the site could be closed or the upload think may just get taken off
This will get locked... I'm pretty sure it's been brought up numerous times before.
They will most likely not do this, as GJBottomley said, and also because it ruins the smooth look of having all armatars being in a certain artistic style - just be glad more armatars are coming.
And besides that, what would the reason be to have an artists making the armatars in the first place. The higher your count of AP is, the more armatars you have to choose from. It is an excelent system, it is simple, and you have something to work for.
We are aware that people would like the option to upload their own armatars. But as of now, this is not feasible. And the current system will not be changing anytime soon. The armatars are one of the special features that help make AG unique. We have a lot of them, so most people are bound to find one that they like.
