Granted, but it causes a global ice age and those movies have been declining rapidly in quality.

Granted, but then you get shot and killed and nobody notices.

Granted..but another person before that wishes that anytime another person wishes something related to another person..the 2 explode

The Wish Master grabs the phone that you hold out before him. Looking, intensely at the phone you have presented him, the Wish Mast folds both arms and blinks, turning the phone into a fone. Because fones don't actually exist, the fone slowly disappears, in a slow dissolve fashion. from your hand. You then flash back, in a ripple dissolve fashion, to the great phone you once had and shed a tear.
I wish I had ice cream.

Granted, but it's an angry pit bull made of magma (somehow) and it sinks its teeth into your leg and your skin melts.
I wish fossil fuels were a renewable resource.

Granted, but hipsters will only drive wind powered vehicle now because fossil fuels have become eco friendly in the mainstreams eyes.
