God exists !however its OUR fault that our worlds like this we have choices and we take the wrong one.

God will not take control our your free will because he loves u, and while sometimes it doesn't seem like our prayers r answered they r just not in ways u might see.

*ha! I pick hell, if heaven is full of heterosexual Christians who do nothing but pray*

And praying isn't all heavens about Gods the main focus but it's going 2 b perfect and eternal bliss. Also there is homosexual christians but in heaven everyone will be heterosexual.

Way to triple post. If you want to reply to multiple statements, keep it to one post.

First off, you say things like they are the absolute truth, and the only truth. But in fact you are wrong in believing that. YOU do not know if any of it is true or false. You have no proof. Just because a book says so, DOES NOT make it true. You need to learn to accept others' beliefs whether you think they are true or not. And as I said before, DO NOT try and impose your religion upon others.

Well, God, the Bible, and the religion is quitecontradictory.
-God is supposedly all knowing, and all powerful, and yet he cannot remove the sins and evil in the world.
-Jesus supposedly died to remove all sin, and yet, all GOd had to do was wave his all powerful finger.
-If He really believed in a place of happiness and harmony, why did He create Hell?
-Jesus, according to you, "defeated sin, death and the Devil." and yet, they some how still exist.
-Heaven is the place of good, and Hell for Evil. God Gives us a 'choice' between the two. If we do not believe he sends us to Hell. God is the one who is doing the evil. He is the one condemning those who do not believe. One who sends another to the worst of worse places is not a good man, or in this case, a 'god.'

You ask if I would chose between a glorious place and a death trap of torture. Naturally I'd go for the glory. BUT I will not chose any paradise or death trap other than my own.

-A choice between Heaven and Hell is no choice.

A paradise built by one, of whom you must follow and obey is no paradise.

One more thing I would like to add. If God cannot and will not accept our beliefs and wishes then He is no God.

Pedspog unfortunatly, because of your stubborness, you might not even WANT to become saved, I answered your questions once, I will not do it again.
Also, I congratulate samy for his desire to try to teach others, despite all the disbelief.

Okay, I will leave the Christian Heaven talk now. Since it seems that it is the only theme in this debate.
So good luck saving the people that do not belive in a Heaven, or have another definition of what the way to Heaven is.

Nah whatevs, even if members of the queer community go to heaven (which is highly dubious), to say they will be hetero in heaven is down right homophobic.

But seriously, where do you think the concept of Jesus being God's son and whether he was part of the trinity? This didn't come from Jesus' mouth, but 300 years after at the first council of nicea, where it was decided BY A VOTE whether Jesus was God's son or just some good guy with good teachings!! Nuts to your good book, I'm off to hell

Stubroness? Sure I guess so. But you were just as stuborn. I merely wanted to point out that your religion is not hte only one out there and youre religion is not absolutely right. Yet, you seem to think so and dismiss everything else as a falshood.

I DO NOT believe, therefore I DO NOT need to be saved.

And about what you said in the 'Peace' thread, I have not corrupted anything. YOu only believe so because you think that I am wrong in what I say.I cna say that you are corrupt for wanting to push your religion onto others.

Okay, I will leave the Christian Heaven talk now. Since it seems that it is the only theme in this debate.
So good luck saving the people that do not belive in a Heaven, or have another definition of what the way to Heaven is.

Pherhaps you could help bring us back to a more generalized view of heaven. I do not know much of other religioius views of 'heaven,' as I mostly hear about the Christian heaven.

Alright lets have a heated debate.
The word "Heaven" what does it mean exactly? It is now turning into the word normal. You can't really define normal, and now Heaven is turning this way. Each religion has it's own view on Heaven, making it more skeptical to believe in. So is it a sanctuary for the good, the dead, for all, or for the believers? Or is it just a life after life? Is it located on Earth, the surface on Earth, the air, underwater?
The main question (again):
Where is it really located?
Who does it hold?
Is God among the persons in Heaven?
Is Hell a part of Heaven?
Is Heaven for the dead or an extension of life?

Heck. I wonder what happens to mentally disabled (by birth or later) folk. Do the ones that are born disabled have a chance to go to heaven? Or do they lack souls completely?

Where is it really located?

There is no defined location of heaven. It is a state of being.
Who does it hold?

It holds all of those whom God thinks are worthy.
Is God among the persons in Heaven?

He is not a person, but yes, he is in Heaven.
Is Hell a part of Heaven?

That's a good question actually. I've never thought about it that way, but I don't think so.
Is Heaven for the dead or an extension of life?

I think it's both actually. Heaven is life after death. So you are dead, but given new life for eternity.

I dunno. I'm a catholic but the view of heaven is getting out of hand... This is to the point where ppl are thinking that sex is a sin. I rlly can't see how having an orgasm is truely sinful. I mean i kinda see how not having sex before your married creates good morals. But honestly who hasn't had sex before there married? Its kinda stupid actually. And another thing masterbation doesn't cause you to go blind... For those who beleive that its kinda funny. (It also doesn't kill kittens). Anyways heaven in itself i beleive is just a beleif so that people feel that they can do something with there life. Although its a waste of time, energy, and money trying to wats right it may cause you to feel btr about yourself. I mean faith in itself is a major step for most ppl. Theres to many religions to actually think that there is such a thing as a so called "heaven".

Estel, your answers are quite serviceable. If only I could believe in such a place.
