You need to figure out how to adjust the fps rate, huh? Can't help you, I don't know how Pivot works...
And... Well, actually, for a simple animation it's good enough for me to not know what to give constructive criticism on.

*thinks* Ehmmmmmmmm.... Try using softer lines (as in: curves), for a smoother look?

You can't really make curves in pivot, so I'll just make a bunch of joints.
