No that is not. When a question is answered it is locked to prevent further posts and spam. Other topics do ge locked because they are bad.
Yep, plokkey is right =) We just lock them up sometimes because even after it is answered, people tend to keep posting in the threads. It just prevents spam from accumulating. So no worries, you did nothing wrong!
If you did do something wrong, we will normally post why. If it is just locked, it probably means that the question has already been answered, or that it is a blatant repeat.
So now that this has been answered, I will lock this too =)
