Anywhoo, for something that is slow for a blog, you probably have dial-up, right? Nothing I can help you there, dial-up is slow, no matter how you put it.
--Wireless, the connection sways from fast to slow, every now and then. If your connection suddenly drops, and you remember it being faster than it usually is, you probably got throttled from downloading too much. If anything else, try repairing.
