I don't have it! I only have removable and Compaq Disk (C:) but that's not it.
I need to re-install Google Chrome

If you don't have a local disk in your my computer than you don't have a harddrive. Compaq Disk could mean the harddrive is made by compaq and IS your local disk.

uh yeah it is compaq (C:). (C:) will like always be your hard drive

I got to step #5. When i click documents and settings it says it's denied. WHY?

For vista home premium:
Click start, Control Panel, Add or Remove programs
Other info: my Computer, Local Disk (C:), Program Files OR Windows or WinNT, but program files might be better.
For XP:
Start, my computer, Control panel, add or remove programs.
