Users cannot upload their own picture for a two-fold reason:
1. Pictures users choose will no be appropriate for Armor Games. For example, Master Chief would definitely not fit in a "medieval" setting.
2. Pictures users choose will not fit in with the style of the armatars that have been created for Armor Games, although there is a style change as there is a new armatar artist.
It's mainly for aesthetics, since this website is (somewhat) themed.
This has been suggested many times. Many,many times, and all turned down. Although, Armor Games, for Holidays, is hosting an event where you can submit an armatar that represents that holiday. Like the one you are usng right now, for example.
Not necessarily. Armor Games Atm for the hoilday armatars only the ones that are 'Good' and relate to the holidaysare alllowed. Also, no points, so how would users 'abuse it and lose it'?
as other threads this has been suggested but wasn't excepted there a million of this threads in all threads like this they already suggested it but would be abused
There is a possibility people will abuse the freedom of using your own picture for your armatar, but the main reason why we use armatars is to keep things simple and keep ArmorGames unique amongst every other website.
