well someone should make a Armor Games version of the game Risk. It is a really fun game, but you would have to make it Multiplayer. Google it if you are not familiar with it.
It is a good idea, but I think it has been done before. I believe that this site has it on there, or at least something similar: http://www.brettspielwelt.de/?nation=en Of course, that's in Java, and only works as a downloadable client.
Also, there are copyright issues to worry about.
However, if you have some idea for risk that is original, such as using different types of units or playing it in space with different maps, then it would catch on better. Having it multiplayer is a good idea.
