Sorry for bugging people, but I need to ask a question.
I made one of those Forum RPG things (yea I know) and I want to post a separate topic where the rules and stuff are listed. Where would I post such a topic? (The reason I want to do it like that is so pages aren't always full of rules and changes and stuff). Thanks for any help.
