IrfanView is a great drawing program. It easily allows you to draw amazing pictures quickly. It also allows you to save your pictures in many formats, including Jpeg, Gif, Tga, BMP, and many more. Also, the program is entirely free! Interested? Google IrfanView. It also offers a wide variety of custom tools, like the width, shape and size of your brush, and allows you to easily edit colors. I believe this is a great program for people who are looking for a good quality drawing program.
