The only way you are SURE that you have rated the game is when the page is fully loaded and when you see red bars where you have clicked. Either the page wasn't loaded, that you possibly have forgotten what game you rated, OR that when you rated the game, you got sent back to the main page, like some people are having trouble with. Those things are reasons why your game wasn't rated correctly.
