Can you accolate team skill points, or do they do it automatically?

Accolate? Do you mean allocate? If so, no, you cannot. All you can do is give them better equipment. Your team mates don't even learn any new tricks, not even upgrades. Only their power grows by leveling up.

How about this?

1)-Nightmare and then
2)-Shock therapy.

Damages the enemy for 520% of instinct and then dispels the buff[i] through shock therapy and deals more damage. Extremely strong. Try it.

The thing is that nighmare's healing buff already applies in the first round. For computing the total damage, you have to deduct this. Considering that you also have to spend 4 points in nightmare for this damage, you usually find better things to spend them on.

But maybe somebody can use insecurity and dark echoes to weaken the opponent first, end then finish him off with a nightmare.

Another option is to work like the baron, and add epiphany when nightmare doesn't kill. - Shadow players might not have shock therapy.

So sad you don't know about the shadow tree...
Light tree is efficient until you have enough ability points to complete your shadow tree, I would say until lvl 18, after that, shock abilities are... so weak compared to the power of a good shadow combo.

As you said, shock therapy is a great skill, but why wouldn't shadow players use it ? O.o There's no spell to waste points in before getting it xD
Insecure + Psycho form + epiphany + nightmare + shock therapy (can add terrify before epiphany if you're taking too much damages) = Kill a 15k+ hp enemy without loosing health (recovering it).
In zone 5, a nightmare used like that does 6k+ damages, 8k in zone 6...
Shadow tree rules.

Ok I've found a better combo.

You will need to have:
1) Maxed out Charged blood. (5/5)
2)Maxed out shock Therapy (3/3)
3)Maxed out Dark Echoes (4/4)
4)Maxed out Insecurity (3/3)
5) Maxed out Nightmare (4/4)
6) Wraith or Psychopath Form (or better yet both)

Step by step the combo:

1)Cast High Voltage
2) Cast Insecurity on the same enemy.
3)Cast Wraith Form on yourself
4) If you have it Cast Psychopath form on yourself
5) Cast dark Echoes on the enemy who is debuffed.
6)Cast Nightmare and watch him being dealt more than 12000 damage
7) Now cast shock Therapy to dispel the nightmare buff and deal another massive amount of damage.

Make sure you have Veradux on Phalanx mode because for Psychopath form, you need to take Overdrive.
