Kill the guardian cannon first (it seems to do weak damage but it can somehow just pull a nuke out of nowhere and do 19k+ damage to you!, so kill it before that happens). THen kill the mayor, try to keep him stunned as much as possible, as his "destroy _________" abilities are very annoying. It's really pretty straightforward.
