Yeah, cheesy. A guy writing a poem about nature. Yeah, yeah. So what.
Nature's Profanity
Nature loves to fiddle around with every small detail, the sky, the grass, the moon, even the rain and hail. It may sound crazy, it may sound ignorant, but that is Nature's profanity.
Tsunamis are not caused by quakes, tornadoes not by wind, humans not by flesh and bone, not even if they've sinned. You think I've lost my sanity? Well, hear me out, my old good friend, that is Nature's Profanity.
It shapes the Earth, and makes it whole, makes me alive and well, While it helps us most be alive and healthy, That is a gift given only to the wealthy.
Lost my marbles? Not a chance. I haven't reached insanity, that would be Nature's Profanity.
