I read the piercing description, and it says this:

Against an enemy of the same level, you have a __% chance to deal a critical strike with this Element, increasing your damage by __%. Attacks that do not crit deal __% additional damage.


I was kind of alarmed, because it says piercing works against an enemy of the SAME LEVEL. My level is higher than my enemies', because I spend way too much time unnecessarily training (it's safer that way). Anyways, does this mean my piercing isn't actually doing anything extra?

If your facing someone of a lower level, your piercing stats will increase.

That's why piercing is very important against monsters of lower levels.

Yah, now if only we were told how much, or if passive piercing increases showed up on the item screen...

Krin should add so that passive abilities show exactly how much it increases your stats exactly on the screen where it shows your stats

since I stated that horribly, I will give an example:

Strength: 110 + 11 (Strength normally (+) Strength with passive abilities) <- Shown exactly like that.
