I heard from someone else that electrical storm was not unlocking properly... I don't know why that is, but perhaps in the new build, in an attempt to fix another bug, this was created...


As for loading, it takes everyone a long time, maybe your computer hadn't updated its virtual ram in a while... Other than that, its pretty normal...

Did you get Shock Therapy and High Voltage?

Also, you have to be level 6 in the least.

My computer's brand new... I am level 9. Shouldn't you have to gtet Electrical Storm before getting Shock Therapy and High Voltage?

i think he said that he already did that, its the fact that it is not unlocking regardless of weather or not he has the requirements that he is having trouble with
