cold hydro. i might try the following glitch with an untrained noob...
1-have 2 saves. 2-go into PVP. 3-select the stronger save. 4-click on back. 5-click on new game. 6-name the game. 7-overwrite the weaker save. 8-turn off tutorial. 9-result! bonus V1-if you didnt train then you can get to zone 7! bonus V2-this glitch is stronger if you respec and remove your equipment from the stronger save beforehand. bonus V3-you keep all equipment and stats you DIDNT spend. bonus V4-if you have abilities from the stronger save equipped then they will be equiped in the new save (except for the top and top right) therefore the only thing you shouldnt have is stats and equipment before the glitch.

For this build, the hardest fight is the mayor fight becasse when he uses his Destroy Damage, Destroy Healing, and Team Sacrifice increase health, exponentially increasing the damage taken from ultimatum and overdrive, making it impossible for Terrify and Free Will to balance it out. Even Traumatizing the Mayor does not help.
drop the mayor with 7HKO, that is Traumatize-High Voltage-HV-Shock Coma-Coma-HV-Retrograde, Overdrive on. First kill the stupid cannon, of course. The mayor is harmless while unhurt.
And spartandestroyer, I wish Ultimatum+Cold Neurology must be enough. 20 turns of invulnerability I'd rather elaborate Hot Blooded+Integrity+Demolish+Lasting Pain+Corruption+Infect, or alike. WHAAMMMM! Someone more creative than me could get better combos I think.
