Only A "Cold" Hydraulic uses Instinct, and a cold Hydraulic doesn't actually NEED Vapour Cannon because ALL Cold Hydraulic moves with 4 points require 0 Focus. That's what that one passive upgrade that subtracts 10 focus (Per level) but raises defenses is so useful for a Cold Hydraulic.
