No seriously have you tried to close your browser and restart it? If that doesnt help is yout flashplayer up to date? Do you have a tempery low connection?
Check these and if that doesnt help well then i dont know it eighter.
try using useing a difrent ??what are they called well like fire fox or safria swtich to a diffrent one. Some flash games require a specail system like ??? well i forgot but something like java script for runescape or flash player 10. or mabey you have a very slow internet
