well I wanted to completely overhall my site SoI went with a cool OS theme, but it requires a LOT of java, which I have no idea what I am doing.

I found this template:

That makes this

I just want to know:
How to make it so when you double click something it makes a new window and where to put that code (like if you click USB it goes to a different page then the home icon) I don;t even know where to put that function.

Why do you want a full java site?

Your SEO instantly goes down the tubes, plus it just isn't worth it.

The best way to go is HTML/CSS/PHP(or ASP).

I really don't care for search engines, they only brought me harvester bots. I really want to do this because it looks much more professional and and Much cooler.

My site right now is HTML with CSS.

It is not the professional way of doing it though. You can get the same looks and effects with CSS.
