What is the Red or Green circle that apperears next to your name in profile?

Red = Offline
Green = Active for the past 5-10 minutes or so

Not really.

Red= Not active for the past 10 - 20 min.
Green = Active for the past 10 - 20 min.

But yeah, Zega answered it correctly, I just know that green means that they've been active for at least 5 minutes.
