Is your taptap 3rd party? If it is you need it to be jailbroken.
I can't get stuff on my iPod because I need a credit card number to make an account but I don't have one.

Actually it's the first because I got it when the 1st party came out.
I know the third you can just go on you're app store on the ipod and download and done, but it's hard with the first.

Third party software means that its not affiliated with the main thing.
So if some random guy made a game for the Ipod, it would be 3rd party.
