8/10 This name is very original In my opinion and it sounds like an actual name. I like it.

I'm assuming it is a mix of "skull" and "cultivator" which doesn't make much sense, but it's still cool. It also begins with a capital letter, that makes all usernames better. 7.5/10

But..your name actually has distinctness due to it being one of the few names that is an actual name. I, oddly enough, think the 12 being there improves it rather than just having it Clancy

2) His also is solely the name..no other words
Yours..got dat funk-tastic groovyness in it..and forces to be recognizable with the underscores and length (surprised you haven't had any issues with the underscores yet)
