Here's for the bio, first of all put all your team members on bio mode, just use disrupt. Any type. An use it on him. He should use holy scars or something and he will take massive damage. While your disrupt recharges use all your most powerful attacks on him. Repeat and he will eventully die. On the last ''finish turn'' where you're about to kill him for sure for some reason you will hit 20k+ even though he has about 200 life left.
