yea basicly what frames per second is, well its ur speed, like how fast things are moving, and frames can rate to like extreammly small, 60 per second, or very big, 20 per second.

well, FPS has two meanings, here the one is used is 'frames per second'. If someone here plays Quake 3, try typing "/fps" in the console for an example. By the way, when you accidentally switch windows so that Sonny 2 window will be in background, its FPS raise to 30 which poses a risk to skip a turn if you play on heroic difficulty. (My normal FPS here are 8-12, so it's basically a triple acceleration, and its a pain)

Usually it's around 30, right?
Just ignore the FPS.

Is it possible to turn it off?
