No, I always use shops when I first enter a zone. They are a lot more useful than having to fight 20 rounds for an item. Besides, where else would I put all this junk?

I agree...that i disagree. The shops are very useful once you get more money and can buy good armor once you get into a new zone.

always best to farm for equips instead of buying them.

i'm pretty sure that you have to complete some armor sets by buying them from the shop.

Zone 1 - Not much of a choice here, most secondary and armor sets are from here

Zone 2 - Only if I'm a Psycho, I always equip ZPCI gear on Veradaux as well

Zone 3 - I only use it for selling

Zone 4 - Too expensive, can find better items anyways from the tunnel beasts.

Zone 5 - I usually equip footwear and leggings here, lots of good choices, and pick up a weapon to begin with

Too expensive? What are you saving up for? All you use gold for is items. Might as well buy something as soon as you can wear it, even if it's only for a little while. It's the soundest investment you can make in this game.

I agree with Jerkoid. Your money is unlimmited (because you can battle an infanent amout of times) and the only thing you use money for instead of buying items is to respec, so what's the point in saving?

Yes, but I prefer to get the drops, because it's more fun

it really depends what class you are like the biological class has more physical attacks so you'll obviously want to get your strength up with teh weopons right
