OK,so as of recently I have been learning HTML,CSS,JavaScript, and now PHP.Well from what I can tell the only way to test to see if your PHP code works is if you upload it to a server that supports PHP for some odd reason. So even though I didn't plan on actually using a free host until I had some sort of finished product,I decided that I might as well find one now.So I thought I would ask on here.

Also as a note I have already tried using Google to find one and that did not work out too well for me.

There is no such thing as a host that supports PHP. But you can download XXAMP or a similar testing server and test back end scripts locally.

Actually there are ones, but PHP is so limited there that some stuff wont work

I think $5 a month for a host with full PHP support is not a big deal.
