No1 knows, because he's on other projects right now and he might be a while, and those projects aren't even on Sonny 2, but I'm assuming after the others are done it's going to be his 1st Priority (At least in his game-making life )

Yes its not finished but theres a 90% chance that theres more than 2 new zones to come out take a look ,i think theres supposed to be like ... 4 new zones or something. Because when you finish the Mayor,youl see on the world map,there are more places ,but you cant enter,and then theres something that looks like a hole (on the world map),and theres a light. I asume that will be one zone :P
