I need help beating him too. That boss is way too hard. But if you are really desperate you could use the cheat for Sonny.

use shatter bolt when he uses dark omen and dont attack unless you have full regeneration ability let your team do the damage

orrr... give veradux paladin armour (all of it, including the sword) then when he uses dark omen use break on him. also, you must have regeneration. it has to do at least 10 focus per turn. if veradux uses poison on omen when he uses dark omen, it hits 50,000 damage! btw, breaks better than shatter bolt. you can use it more often.

you could use break to counter his Dark Omen ability and after that u do him damage with smash and electro bolt

Or when he uses the dark omen break him and let your team do the damage!
But when your teammates are died then when he is using dark omen use the break and you hit very hard to him and he cant use that dark oman cause he is breaked!
