well the speed is basicly to increase the chance of u dodging an attack and instinct is for hydra and psycho when the attack scales with instinct same with biological

Does speed increase your chance to hit as well?

Strength - damage for attacks that correspond with strength
Instinct - damage for attacks that correspond with instinct
Vitality - Raises health
Speed - Only damage for bio, increased critical change, dodge, accuracy and critical damage
