Lol... I kinda think people should find them themselves... Also, it's kinda hard to give directions to where they are, unless you post screenshots.
I've only found one besides the one in the introduction of them. Interesting things to look for.

you know the levle before the first arcane battle? you encounter the first one there (and it gives info)

Yes.

Tip: Eliminate all buildings in each level and you might find a lost amulet (this is also written in the introduction to the lost amulets), I already found one one the battle before arcane.
I kinda think people should find them themselves
Yeah I agree, why spoil the surprises?

I found my second amulet, here's a screen shot to help you guys find it.
It is in the are pointed out with red, eliminate the buildings. (Not you towers)
I was on endurance mode or survival or whatever.

Hmm, there's almost 70 normal levels (a few more with all the hidden levels, and a lot more with all the modes of course...) and 40 lost amulets. That's quite some replay value for the treasure hunt. :<
Neeeeeed more time to throw wittle gem bombs at things~
