This is more of a glitch. Instead of wearing a piece of armor, pick it up, click on abilities (bar on bottom), drop item on the attributes and you get thats items attributes. (like +10 vitality)

I tried that and it got rid of the item which is annoying coz i have 2 buy it again(Doesnt matter coz i have NAN :D).
