I'm sure there are threads like this, but I'll contribute anyways .

A superpower/superpowers that I would like to have would be superpowers equavelent to SuperMan's, ability to freeze time, or something like telekinesis so I could read people's mind's and such.

Invisibility? That way, instead of having to fight, I can simply avoid battles.

super strength so i can pick up roofing shingles cars like a feather

I have to say the ability to send large masses of healing... "Things"... that heal the wound in milliseconds, the on command thing is so that my mega secret identity will not be found out if I am injured outside of superheroness, or even if I feel like retiring.

If not that I would go for super strength. If you don't get shot your pretty golden it seems.

I'd take lightning, not overly useful but pretty freakin awesome. I think throwing lightning bolts and summoning storms would be all kinds of great fun.

Either invisibility or the ability to control time. Either way, you can get into all sorts of things without being caught.

To "jump" instantaneously from one place to another (like the movie jumper)
