Just some tips for the awesome futuristic sports game now on armorgames.

People are allowed to post more hints, even encouraged.

1- At the beginning, don't change your stats
You don't need to and not doing it leads to a better, more balanced team.

2- Save for Newbies
People you buy are better than those you train. In the first two divisions, having one or two really good players makes a huge difference.

3- Buy equipment
Equipment is better and worth saving for, it increases all player's skills in that category, no one or two like training does.

4- Save your drugs
I don't think drugs are needed until Division 1, same with bribing.

Hope this helped, and please post your own tips as well.

I would suggest using the fortress formation and get a really good #10 player that is good in tackling and toughness, a #9 is a good backup plan too! Then just attack then when you reach the goal throw it to the goalkeeper then just tackle him then get the ball back and your cleared. I would prefer running it in than throwing it because you are vulnerable when throwing it.

I find the wall works best. You kinda take out everyone.

#10 is most offensive right? I would suggest speed for that one. He needs to be the goal scorer.

I haven't worked out whether buying the equipment actually makes an appreciable difference yet. Not that it matters now since my team is maxxed out.

Bribing and drugs shouldn't ever be necessary in the top league.

Buying better players is a real money saver. I absolutely refused to transfer though, for personal preferences. I won't give advice on what to develop first as your aim would probably be to develop all round complete players, yes?

My take on certain formations are as follows:

Wall: You need to either outclass your opponent or be confident of your ability to use this effectively. If you break through lines it's great. If you get broken, it's disastrous, especially against another wall, attack or goal hang formation. Works best in early divisions, but I'd recommend looking to other options in Div. 1.

Narrow attack: Is good for going straight up the middle. Most of the AI teams are weak against rapidly passing direct attacks except the fortress and counter-attack formations, which require you to go in diagonally.

Counter-attack: Requires a bit of patience. It's best to feed the ball to the men in the back so you can pass forward rapidly when attacking and retreat quickly when defending.

I don't use any of the other formations, so I can't comment on them.

For many of the formations, if your throw is good, it's worth bouncing the ball diagonally off the wall from just behind the halfway line for a long shot at goal.

Goalie (#1) AI is a bit funny. They run away an awful lot. But don't try running into them head on because chances are you will lose. If your goalie does get the ball and has an opening, milk it for all its worth!

This game is frekin awsome!!! Im really addicted to it and cant stop playing it! Well, first off, i think that you must have a good defense in the second league, after beating the first. therefore, go ahead and purchase a good goalie, it will help greatly.

I recomend that if you are up against a good team, you use your defensive formation. My best are Counter Attack, because you defend the goal and get a good offensive chance when you are done, and Fortress, because all players stack up on the goal and really does stop the opposing offense. When an offensive team is too much for you, i recommend doing fortress because unlike wall, it stacks players at the goal while one player is near the half court line ready to lead the offense.

As for training, i recomend what everybody says, use equipment. And trading can help you a lot. Remember that if you still got one star player from a trade, you WILL NOT win every single game because the team needs to be well balanced. Also, i would recomend training your players in speed, toughness, and in tackling in the first few leagues because this would help them get around the court easily, allow them to take more hits to lead the offense, and the tackling allows them to give harder hits to help the defense. Getting these parts of your team early will greatly benefit you later. Passing and throwing can come later

Also, i would like to ask a question. If i give more equipment over again and again, some of my weaker players dont seem to progress. i keep giving them boots every game but they wont improve in speed, even though it says that they are 5 star in speed on my roster. Somebody help me!

That is just the game saying that other players are more valuable, however, the stat is still 5 stars, you don't need to worry

I definitely agree with the no training/equipment at first. Just because on your huge stats sheet, all your players have five stars in every category doesn't mean they're all actually 5 star players. 5 stars on that stats sheet just shows that they have reached their max potential. That's why you should trade for the best players at first, and then start training/buying equipment. If you notice, all teams in division one have players with all 5 stars, that doesn't mean they are all as fast as each other, so it matters which players you have, not how well they are trained.

for division 3&4 you need a quick #8, so when he has the ball you can just avoid everyone and score. Also is helpful when you have a #6 that is a good passer and a tough #9

1. Use narrow attack- It's like the wall formation, but you've got a few players back just in case.
2. Use training during the season, and then buuy equipment when the season has finished.
3. Don't bribe or use drugs. If you really wanted to win that badly, you could just quit to the main menu and play the match again.
4. Don't buy better players. Don't even sell players inn order to make a profit- Both these things will just make your team uneven and waste money.
5. Don't upgrade passing until the very late in the game, perhaos even after you've completed it. I found that an improvement in passing barely made any difference.
6. Priority is to upgrade tackling, speed(it's more useful than you think), and toughness. Then upgrade throwing, then passing.
7. As Neridus said, don't change the stats at the beginning.
8. Nice tactic I've found is when you know your attack will fail, try and get a rebound of the side walls. Trust me, when you've got a speedy thrower, you can practically score from your own goal.
