It doesn't look too bad. Not much to say. Pretty cool Fakemon, but I would expect a little more from you. "sorry".
1st place, Peruna!
It definitely looks like a real evolution to Ekans (it was ekans, right?). Being a cool poison/electric type, it would certainly be a powerful Pokemon if it was real.
2nd Place, HecticHermit!
It was hard making this 2nd place, since nearly all of the entries are as good as the other. I found this to be slightly better than the rest. It follows the evolution line great, and it looks pretty cool. The only thing I don't like about it is it's oversized crotch.
3rd Place, everyone else...
Every other entry deserves this place. All entries were great.
