It is so sad when intelligent citizens group up and start acting like newbies on a journey for revenge.
You should know that it here in AG never has been and never will be the job for regular citizens to punish offenders, as that is the job for the moderators. The moment regular citizens starts going crazy like this, they have crossed the line between being just and being a villain.

Well, poisoning food is against the law.

No....blowfish. People eat that, and it's poison.

You realize, of course, that food poisoning isn't actually a type of poison, but an illness, right?

I know a lot of forms of torture, but they all seam to harsh. The least violent torture I know would be to tie his intestines to a tree, then push him around and around it.

Just so you know, this is regular behavior for me.

Now then, to cover that up...

Yes, I rarely get paid back though, mainly they just take the torture to pay off the vast amount of dept...Apparently hanging upside down by your toes is more painful than having a hot nail jabbed into your knee.

IS the tar hot?

hOt enough to stick, and hot enough to give him burns over his entire body?

Or is it cooled tar? The tar has to be hot if you want the feathers to stick, and the tar to stay. It has to be able to burn him.

I say Chill here should just freeze the tar and feathers to him.

And not unfreeze him.

Or we could still go with boiling tar. Even better.

OK well before you do that...can we at least get his fancy shoelaces from him first?

WE could garrote him with his shoelaces after we boil tar to him to burn him, then freeze the tar to his skin.
