I just made a new vid about gemcraft. This time how I beat the 2nd Arcane Guardian. For me is just beating it with 5-6 million score not enough. In the following movies you will see how I beat thr Guardian with over 5,8 BILLION score: You will see how I set up mine defence (in high speed...). Later on I creat red-orange gems in the traps, for more speed, dmg, range and mana. Towers aren't important because you will (way) earn more mana from the mana farm then it cost you for banishment cost. This is of course at the start, when there not more then ~300 monsters on the field. A few towers (grade 5+, I used grade 6/7 at the end of the first movie)can help to keep the monster count in controle. Then there is the important part, prepare for some super angering. For max score out put you should use grade +11 gems on a giant wave, in this movie it's wave 28. I used the following gems: The result of the angering: A pretty good wave, isn't? After that you can drop some more high grade gems at the next coming waves (I should skip wave 29, that is a swarm wave). After you done angering, start upgrading your defence. At every trap a grade 10+ gem can help alot, they have 670 firing speed and can hit upto 6 monsters with an max dmg of 400-600. Because it hit that mush monsters and so fast, it can be more effective then towers. A other good idea is "Supergemming" . That mean you use lower grade gem to boost up a high grade gem's stats. I used a few Yellow-Limb grade 10/11 for this. I just made mine inv. full with yellow and limb grade 6 gems and comboniat them with the higher grade gem. This give like 70 to dmg dmg and some less to min dmg. If you comboniat like 100 gems it's already a powerful gem. In this way, you can make like 5 - 10 power full gems with a max hit of 10,000+. And the good thing about yellow-limb is there is a change to chain hit and a chance of tripple dmg. So with a tripple dmg you can kill most angered normal monsters in 1 or 2 shots. That was most of it. If you still have an Question, ideas or comments... Leave a message! |
