Felicity or Roald?
Felicity's shield stuff is a really great help in the Story Mode and her damage is way better than Roald but when it comes to pvp against a pure damage type of sonny you will just get 1 hit even with a shield, But on the other side Roald has the stun thingy but the bad part is he will cast it unexpectedly and also costs Focus which means if you were hit by a skill that disables focus using skills Roald can't stun someone he will just use his normal attack but if I Distrupt him he will have no mana And I forgot if the skill disables the focuse using skills are not removable anyways who is a better partner in the Arena?

Most people say Felicity is too frail to be useful. I personally disagree, since Death Sentence gives her what she needs, and Z6/Z7 equipment makes her even less frail.

However, I still use Roald since I'm a speed Bio and another speed-based character would be redundant.

Go with whoever rounds out your team best, but if it's Felicity make sure you give her Vitality a boost with equipment.

OH! For PvP? That'd be Felicity, since she's faster.

Going first is a HUGEEE boon in PvP, especially as a Bio since whoever lands the first Crystallize essentially wins.

Yeah, get your team's average speed as high as possible so that no matter who you fight you go first. Then your first turn should be to Crystallize their Sonny.

After that you can kill their teammates one by one while keeping their Sonny Crystallized until he's alone, then kill him. =D

Felicity should have strength gear, not speed.
