My personal choice for a longass combo is a nice balance. Once you have Assist, they make versus matches cake. Just start balancing a bottle and wait until you have a nice score; then put it down. It's that simple.
Also, my suggestion to make things just a liiiittle easier on yourself is the high pour. Easy way to get a cheap 100 points here and there.
It's kind of disturbing how easily you start remembering the bottles. Garunteed after two shifts you'll be able to recall at least ten.
