Do you mean how to open something up in a new tab or similar? Instead of opening up a new window to get somewhere?

Go to the 'Some BB Code Allowed' link, right above the reply window, or click on this: [url]http://armorgames.com/bbcode[/url] It gives you the code you need to post a link.
