It's simple. Pretty continous, One person says something like this: "You are being chased by 10 bears, what would you do" and you give out options.
And the next person and so on.
I'll go:
You're under water in the sea, a shark is swimming after you, what would you do?
1) wee in your pants.
2) Swim back to shore as fast as you could.
3) try to attack with bare hands.
4) go deep down and try to hide.
